About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process and reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and submit VAT and other statutory returns.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed SAIPA, SAICA articles, or similar professional training.
• Experience within financial services, investments, wealth management, or insurance.
• Knowledge of South African tax and regulatory requirements.

This role combines content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and marketing administration to support the growth of our business and strengthen client engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and creating content that educates, engages, and inspires audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Write and edit content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate the production of graphics, videos, and promotional assets.
• Manage and update website content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist with event marketing, client communications, and promotional activities.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or content-related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content management.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, investments, insurance, or professional services.
• Experience with WordPress or content management systems.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
